We understand that navigating insurance can be overwhelming, and we’re here to help. Depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, your sessions may be fully or partially covered. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits.

Here are some helpful questions to ask:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions I can have per year? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need prior authorization or a referral from my primary care physician? Change the name of the page and on the dropdown menu to the following: Insurance Coverage and Rates

If we are not in-network with your provider, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out -of network benefits. We’re happy to provide a superbill (detailed receipt) upon request.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged the full session rate.
